Fun figures but ... I think it's a mistake to expect anything but (large) commodity price falls going into a financial bust. At these times, commodity prices almost always revert to and below historic means, which are always much lower than the local boom price. The supply side squeeze of a boom vanishes on a demand drop of say 20%. It always surprises, sometimes overnight, when existing supply finds itself fighting for scarce buyers.

That is commodities. I have a stake because I think the risk of missing out is greater than the risk of being in. We have a price buffer heading into it and our deposits have revealed mighty interesting features since 2019. Knowledgeable posters here.
