2.0 When is Mining Likely to Commence
VRX Silica Limited is well progressed with the studies necessary to complete a Feasibility Study and commence construction in the near term.Timing of the commencement of construction is reliant on approvals from the DMIRS with respect to the clearing of native vegetation and for a Mining Proposal and Closure Plan. All of the studies required to gain approval for the clearing of native vegetation have been completed. It is expected the referrals will be lodged early in the 2019 calendar year. The Mining Proposal and Closure Plan will then be developed with the intention of lodging in early 2019.The proposed Process Plant is expected to be fabricated remotely and transported to site in modules. It is indicated onsite construction will require a four month build to commissioning.3VRX SILICA LIMITEDMining and commissioning of the Process Plant is therefore considered to be achievable late in the 2019 calendar year.
