    Yes ML were lodged Dec & Jan.....but Native Title, Environmentals and anything else that needed significant research, negotiation & documentation obviously wouldn't have been 'Final Submission' ready in Jan... or even in Jun for NT.....

    FFS its still Nov so even Bruces earliest & most optimistic timeline which said end of Dec is not late yet, and its been revised since then.
