That constitution clause is one of the things convincing me that they are not in the market for a quick turnover.
I have a Geo buddy who on the board of a junior explorer - has a nice deposit and JORC etc. He is proving it up until it gets to a point where they can flog it on to a mining company as they aren't interested in runing a mine themselves. I don't get that vibe from VRX.
