You have by now no doubt read the various posts where the V board was “advised” to do the cap. raising now and to get it out of the way so as to not have the market perceiving other distraction while they deal with final permits and approvals.

Given, in relative terms the small amount being raised ( $4 million compared with say
Westpac raising $2.5 Billion) they were hardly going to get Macquarie Bank or whoever conducting the raising.

And given they didn’t want to take months to round up the money from many 100s of small shareholders, as that would have been logistically expensive and time consuming,
the logical thing for the small amount required was to get Harleys to do it.
They achieved this in a couple of days.
Problem solved.

But as the font of all wisdom in all matters VRX,
how would YOU have raised the money.
( Hint... I don’t think shareholder sending a few dollars each down a slurry pipe would work.....We’d run out of water.)

And a further question
Given your initial negative postings on V when you first appeared on the V threads and given from from your recent postings, your obvious lack of following any of their many announcements

Why have you now become a shareholder?

( Maybe you buy shares alphabetically,
and you were up to buying the “V“s)

“W“ is next = Westpac.....Oh dear!
