I had considered that - but that's easily navigable if they use green hydrogen or renewables to power it.
For example you can run a hazer plant or two and use poo power (biogas) to make hydrogen to heat the kiln (or whatever it is they heat with). You'd even be decarbonising the food chain while you did it. Might even be some credits in that to offset the energy cost.
It's the process itself that seems to create an unavoidable carbon emissions. (Though yeah, I've no idea how much that would equate to at all).
