    I can only go on what Bruce has said in several recent interviews and presentations.
    Access to some of the more remote areas did cause complications/delays. The terms have been agreed upon, so its not like one party is holding back.
    Muchea is under more scrutiny due to its location, I think they want to see the process of rehabilitation work at Arrowsmith, which is why Arrowsmith will be first to be up and running.
