Problem is - it appears to be out of Bruce's hands. From their preso's and ann's, they have done what they can. Now it's up to the bureaucrats.
Based on the conversations I have had with V, they will make ann's when there is something to say. Presently, I dare say, Bruce and co have no idea when and if the ML's will be issued other than a best guess.
Unless they have ballsed up their paperwork, they have to wait unfortunately.
