Bruce seems confident and relaxed there. 10 million tons per annum in potential off-takes, mind blowing, I wasn't expecting that quantity of tonnage so early. Even if a few fall by the wayside, we are still looking at figures well in excess of their planned 2 million tons per annum when in full swing.
We just have to be patient a while longer for the bureaucracy to sort itself out.
