Bill is currently in the Congo working and isn't expected to back in Australia until early July.
I'll leave it up to all of you to speculate why he has been and is still in the DRC working until next month.
Remember that the timing of new announcements and the issuing of a prospectus has to have "some" space, otherwise it would HAVE to be disclosed. eg, the mining contractors issue actually delayed the listing. Questions would be asked by regulators otherwise.
