Its a joke for Aust/NZ shareholders who were silly enough to have a substantial holding - 5k @ 15.5c, big deal.
This should have been a 1 for 1 rights issue & Genner's argument about that costing too much just demonstrates his ignorance & incompetence when it comes to the stock market. There has been a massive ongoing cost to shareholders due to the collapses in price RESULTING from ad-hoc & mishandled captal raisings. Directors remedy that for themselves by rewarding their own incompetence with FREE options that follow decining share prices. These guys just won't listen to anyone & don't realise how thoroughly on the nose the've become with the market.
Ian Murray's supposed expertise is either non-existent, out-of-date or incompetent.
