Today's close is 20.75.
The base from now until the next major low should be 20ish.
From '97 to '03 it was 20ish.
In the final moves up and the declines into a major bottom, 20 is about it.
10 does it in the early to mid bull markets.
This doesn't say the top is in but every time you get around 20 it needs a rest if last stage bull or is a rally top in a big bear.
300 pts up again tonight?
