As I understand it, their "accounting irregularities" have now been sorted and profit for the year is to be as projected.
The increase in mining activities should assist them too.
If the nudge nudge wink wink implies that there is a possibility of some good news then the chart looks reasonable safe for a punt with respectable stoploss.
