Remember AVX and PGL, which I do continue to hold, are trying to merge.

PGL went through a period of excitement about PH III trial for our PI 88 but are controlled by a self interested board just like AVX's seems to be.

The merger probably won't get the vote to proceed at the PGL General Meeting.

AVX shareholders would be well served to look at and learn from what happened to us and start a process to remedy the situation from the top, down.

It doesn't matter how great a product/drug candidate is, if the board and management are not up to the task, and more interested in self, then chances of success are negligible.
