    A whisper I've heard is that Telstra will probably sellout of it's stake this year and this will make the company vunerable to a takeover.

    Also the company should do well with the EMV roll out becoming compulsory in Britain by 2005 and in other countries by 2006. The company is well positioned to take a big slice of this pie.
