400k is insignificant in a way, however would be enough to explain weakness this week.
Stock already not have heavy buyers, a moderately keen seller of 400k shares will take a week to get rid of them adding to the lack of positive sentiment.
If that is the number, and it has helped the sell pressure, it could readily ease somewhat over the next week.
