Any person who has any idea about comissioned independent reports, particularly those of an engineering scope, such as BFS, PFS, Scoping Studies and the like will know that the most commonly published parts of the report are the conclusion and recomendations.

The reasons are quite simple. The reports quite often contain copyright information, confidential recomendations, confidential contract pricing information and load of other not to be published data.

It happens for almost every mining operation in the world. by the time the information is made available, it is invariably not confidential anymore.
