ESI will have a plant up and running in the Latrobe Valley,
WEC will never achieve this, I believe that an announcement is very close in respect of the exact location in the Valley and this ann will include an offtake agreement.
You are right in respect of WEC having investor support (ie BHP) but it remains to be seen how good the investment was, IMO time will tell us that it was not a good one
I suspect that ESI is the quite achiever, this is more in line with the longterm increase in value for shareholders.
The SPP will be fully subscribed (sp got to 2.1c today),
ESI will have money in the Bank. This will allow the employment of suitable people, including Executive Directors.
