Call it ostrichism. According to the latest Bayan IR slides they are heavily dependend on the Kangaroo tenements that are subject to the freeze order imposed by the Supreme Court of WA. They already commenced mining on one of those concessions that was taken over with krl.ax. Once the verdict is out they got Bayan by the ballz with the freeze order. Bayan can not afford halting the development of their Kangaroo concessions.
