I don't think you can go past Incredible charts when you are beginning- the information, education and free charts to practice with are fantastic.

Alan Oliver is worth a google - his free weekly videos are excellent on timing and fibonnacci.
Of course Robbb and Alan McGrath are fantastic too - especially their videos - Alan has gone away for 3 weeks but once back he is really well worth checking out. http://trading-cfds.blogspot.com/
Many others posters on here will add to your knowledge, whichever style you use.
A very astute trader helped me to see that price action and volume is MOST important so I started there - also a fan of basic Gann swings and timing ideas.
