Brian Lynn said that the company will be paying taxes early in the new year. I’m not quite sure on the protocol of taxes, franking credits and dividends for a public company. Whether they can pay a franked dividend in the same financial year as they’ve paid their taxes, or if they have to wait for the next financial year. If anyone knows about this, it’d be nice to get a knowledgeable reply.
Having said that, I will be waiting in anticipation for the for the capital allocation schedule to be released. Who knows what they’re going to do with it. Maybe we might even buy Core for 2 bucks a share with a bit of debt that will be paid back in a couple of years.. or.. maybe not lol
