should they respect the kids as much as the kids respect them… do you really believe it should be equal?
They should respect each other as people but the child needs to respect the teacher for their role to operate… they need to be respected for the role they hold

Monash researchers have conducted a national study of 5,000 teachers. This builds on ongoing research from 2019 and offers insights into better ways to support and retain teachers.
