Do you know how hard it is to get on to your feet with your hands tied behind your back ?

Do you know how hard it is to run with your hands behind you back ?

How hard would it have been to tie Floyd's feet together using cable ties or what ever and render him effectively unable to get away ?

Bottom line is DC had Floyd restrained and had multiple option of restraining him further if required without killing him

But yeah I see you are an advocate of shoot first, ask questions latter and some how justify that you killed some one in the process
