We had $90m note repayments in Dec qtr alone. March including the gosford and Mobius AMT sale, I expect will be around another $80m. The level of risk will contiune to fall as the perecentage of equity to remaining notes continues to rise. The bite of the ongoing deferred margin will diminish to the point that the interest income and interest expense are around break even on an ongoing basis by the end of this calander year.
