Denison have a contract with Areva to supply up to 6.5m lbs from the White Mesa Mill.

2008: minimum 250,000 lbs (delivered)
• 2009: minimum 500,000 lbs
• 2010: minimum 750,000 lbs
• 2011: minimum 1,000,000 lbs

The numbers above exclude up to 4 million lbs between now and 2011.

If Denison are running at a loss at the mill, they will either attempt to cancel the contract (don't know if they can) or produce the minimum stipulated in the contract.

Hopefully, the extra feedstock from WCU will make the mine profitable for both Denison and WCU as Tibbs referred to earlier.
