• Sale price: 95% of long-term with floor
price of $45/lb
MEETING THE CHALLENGE

• 20% of White Mesa production from 2012 – 2017 (inclusive)
• Not less than 200,000 pounds per year
• Pricing: 95% of long-term price at time of delivery
• Escalated floor price of $50 per pound
