The White Mountain partnership will definitely help the share price. When it was initially announced, the share price spiked to 0.023, up from 0.013 the previous day.
And if you look at the transaction at a high level, White Mountain are investing US$10.2m (A$14.5m) in the company in exchange for 456,150,862 new shares (51% of shares on issue if approved). So White Mountain are paying 0.032 per share. That's a 77% premium to the current share price.
Also, ABJ became cash flow positive last quarter and this will help provide a solid floor for the share price.
