I still own it. Went for a week away on it a few weeks back. I like travel in shoulder season. There was hardly any traffic. Weather was great for 'adventure' - a smidge too warm. It was the warmest week, we went back to coolish after that.
Although we had one cold day - one day we were having dinner in a little restaurant at an old lockhouse and we asked for the table to be put in the shade because it was way too hot in the sun to be comfortable
next day we had hooded wind jackets on in an open air, but roofed little restaurant having a hamburger and the wind and rain out was pretty bloody cold -
that's the shoulder season.
Off again in a week to the South around Rodez, stunning country.
