    Looks to me as though Roy may pull some white rabbits out
    of the hat so the SP is more worthwhile for capital raising.
    Some very fluffy ones maybe even a pink one.

    The announcement on Sept 16 that Roy had secured Razorback
    finishes with "Details of the capital raising will be announced in the near future. "
