How can Mt Carrington be "Shovel ready" the exisiting strructures have been sitting idle for years . Has there been maintenance on it over those years?
Page 20 flow chart shows Mt Carrington DFS next stage and construction likely to take 18 months starting in a year or two...how is that shovel ready?
