After reading over the contract realised that if they do win you will have to pay a some legals fee's based on the cost agreement. Perhaps worthwhile to recieve a % back less fee's if successful, but how much is the question?
I was happy to wash my hands of WSP. My remaining shares from WSP were eventually converted over to MRK which I then sold at loss. Lost about $22K all up.
Chasing after lost money based on principle makes sense, but I doubt it would be worth my while to join in.
