You agree that black solar panels retain heat so that heat is then conducted into the atmosphere so it is effectively a thermal blanket covering the planet. Atm its debatable how much of the heat from black solar panels are contributing to so called global warming but wait until there are trillions of solar panels covering the planets landscape.
