Additional mistake has been spotted in the above statement as I am not in the process of gathering a team of people. I do not have natural and trained leadership abilities near to those who do, and made the mistake over a decade ago at accepting a project leadership role.
Have not requested removal of quoted post, as HotCopper has thankfully removed the posts that can lead (apologies for the pun), to indentity etc, and thought best to assert to myself with increased resolution what I can and cannot do (apologies if I cause a yawn, self included).
