I'm not so sure about CR. One. JG would have been doing some back peddling by now given his commitment to not diluting SH value . Two - glossy brochure - letter to share holders - OOOPS , forgot about the CR bit might make him look pretty ordinary Three , CR on top of the rest of the road to production schedule might see the 1st pour in 2014 ??- I certainly agree that the way it looks now is pointing to what you are suggesting but it doesn't look or seem to make sense given previous Ann track record . Muddy waters with game playing within the ranks of buy and sell side isn't helping how it looks either. Time will tell
