fickle market...would have liked to have everything wrapped up with today's announcement

PNG LNG liquefied natural gas project will proceed,
"pending completion of sales and purchases agreements with LNG buyers and finalization of financing arrangements with lenders, expected to be concluded by early 2010"

so although it will proceed, a few more things will need to be finalized...to be expected, since i can't see how they can get the finance without FID!. anyway, opportunity to add to your position with this weakness imo.
