Jeffo the company did not go "cap in hand" to the market with the CR or the SPP. The temperature of the response by shareholders and institutions was indicative of that - hence the over subscriptions. I may be wrong but can you tell me where and when the company announced a provision for over subscriptions on the SPP prior to the offer closure ?
