    They never, they said it would be capped at $800k re SPP...going to market to raise money for a company is cap in hand , rattle the tin - call it what you like....Not going to get bogged down with their capital raisings, its done and dusted and past history ....looking forward to 3d and Jv's announcements going forward and new insto support.
