So this is what I was talking about.
SP valuation is an exercise in dead reckoning. We all have an idea of what a share is worth and trade accordingly.
When a CR or a Share Placement (same thing at the end of the day) occurs there's essentially a big buy for that value of shares for the day which leads to a ground truthing of the SP and corrects it accordingly.
Once the shares are absorbed on the market then the SP may bounce back up.
