Personally, I suspect that this is a play thing for Lint who get issued shares willy-nilly then off-load for their arbitrage.
The CR attempts to remove this in the short-term and I suspect there are real deals to come where Lint become a real holder.
They currently drive the price until some meaningful revenue is announced.
FA is that it will move up on revenue or fail.
