I did check it up, from the announcement they came from 31 Oct 2022 when the SP was 5.8c. Not sure about the whole arrangement, but they had an option price of 1c. Not sure if escrow or just decided to cash in, but it's an extra $140k in the kitty and old shares likely flushed out.
