    From the Business Update Announcement:

    "WHL Energy is in confidential discussions with two multi–billion dollar organisations which may lead to a formal proposal in the short to mid-term. WHL Energy also continues to receive requests from organisations to review its Seychelles acreage."

    Although the JV is delayed, I feel WHL has been up front with us and I still get the impression that they are confident that they will come to an agreement.
