If not a cap raise from s/holders, perhaps a share placement to SI's may be the short term option, which could allay fears of op holders and bring in their $12m+ come end of June. Dilution to current shareholders from ops and sp could be a short term downside, but the company would then have less pressure re j/v negotiations.
