thats because those that cant afford the heads are buying the options, more traders than investors.

im assuming that's why this co. went down the option raising road, to get some trading and interest back into the company.

fair price is what others are willing to pay, and at the mo, they are paying a premium to hold as many as they can at as little outlay as possible, therefore taking a much greater risk.

i have ran the ruler over these options, at the current price its to much of a premium for me, ill continue buying the heads for now.

at some stage the options meet up with the heads, the premium disappears.
