This is fabulous news...the jaguar prospect is teh jewel in the crown of Elixir and although it is some time off, the preservation of 40% for minimal cost is great. The prospect is huge, and if hydrocarbons are present, the value for Elixir shareholders will be enormous on a per share basis. I ahven't done any back of teh envelope calculations yet, but I am rapt with this deal. Timing is also very good and this must have been virtually a done deal when the roadshow and share placement was being arranged.
Can't wait for Marquis drill now...
