have to disagree, in my work, we have some very close ties with VC's, & they are awash with money right now & have been investing more so in the last 6 months than for many years in various business sectors, of course they are smart & do a lot of due diligence, but it's not hard at all to get financial backing these days, so it's not great seeing this as almost a buy & flip style raise.
