The absolute lowest value that will be attributable to Goulamina is $100m. Don't get me wrong, it'll be multiples of that. The $100m is one of the vesting conditions for the Director's Performance Rights (I've pasted below). Another condition is 2m Oz - that's achieved already. They only need to achieve 2 conditions for the rights to vest.
So with a present market cap of $152m, a minimum of $100m attributable to Goulamina, that leaves $52m for the 2.35m Oz gold, plant etc.
I think you can guarantee we'll bounce off that lower trend line, I'd be worried by the upper trend line though.The Company enters into a sale, joint venture or financing agreement in respect of the Company’s Goulamina Lithium Project which delivers an implied valuation of at least AUD100,000,000 for the Goulamina Lithium Project as at the date of execution.
