    I'd guess short term traders losing interest, and many instos depending on risk profile won't buy in until either one or both these conditions happen: 1. GF confirm deal a bit later with their $31 mill and 2. FID from FFX.

    It presents great opportunity for those retail/small instos with a medium term plan I guess. But also those just looking to reap the value when the new li co is split off.
