Judging by the electrical junction boxes it looks like they have pulled them off to paint the structure blue... but the cable feed from the stand looks temporary/rough as the cable is coiled up on the floor mesh which is a hazard. I'm sure this early stages as there is no belt on in the background to test the existing motor probably before wiring it professionally/safely after deemed motor and gearbox is sound I HOPE (no load/no conveyor on pulley hahah)

im sure the safety is better at MORILA then most African PRODUCING mines.
