I would respectfully disagree with health care in an advanced first world country. We must have a facility to provide free health care to our disadvantaged people. The issue is to train our own people (NOT import them) in our training facilities, pay them enough - and we should then see an improvement.
What is happening here is the same as the cafes. They pay "students" and foreigners a pittance and wonder why they cannot get staff and want the borders opened so they can continue this 'scam'. Hey, if you cannot get staff for your cafe, close it down! Let someone else have a go. Supply and demand. If there is demand for the service and there are supernormal profits, someone will fill the gap - broadly speaking!
