Yeah I’ll be a no, I do understand that we will probably drift lower but I would rather retain ownership and go it alone or potentially receive a higher offer from PLS.its a script deal so they’re not actually paying any cash so realistically they can fork out another 500m before need shareholder approval. I would like to know more details on who exactly we have approached for finance/offtake agreements. They say offtakes were falling through but who actually knows at the end of the day they also said DFS was coming out q3 so you can’t really trust what these guys say anymore.
